We are located at the tip of Michigan’s Thumb about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive from the Detroit metropolitan area. If coming from Detroit, take M53 (Van Dyke) north to the south end of Port Austin and turn right on to M25 at the Shell station. Continue on M25 to Pearson Rd. and turn left. Follow Pearson around to Grindstone Harbor. Or you can continue to the traffic light in Port Austin, turn right and follow Spring Street/Pointe Aux Barques Rd. to Grindstone Harbor.

Coming from the west on M25 when you reach the traffic light you can either continue straigt on Spring St/Pointe Aux Barques road or turn right and follow M25 east through Port Austin to the Shell station and turn left and continue to Pearson Rd following above directions.

From Port Huron, take M25 up the coast towards Port Austin. Just past Verona Road on your left will be Pearson Road on the right. Turn right and follow Pearson Road to Grindstone Harbor.
